This article was sent to me by the wife today and I just had to share it with you.
Apparently there are people with SO MUCH MONEY in Dubai that they are going to refrigerate the beach.
Yes thats right....they are going to (and I quote):
"suck the heat out of the sand to keep it cool enough to lie on"And what do potential environmentalists think about this....probably nothing,
“Dubai is like a bubble world where the things that are worrying the rest of the world, like climate change, are simply ignored so that people can continue their destructive lifestyles.”
Sounds like my kind of place!!
